These terms govern access to the Fieldvalo CRM website, licenses, software, setup services, support, and related offerings.
An active subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the licensed Fieldvalo CRM software according to the selected plan and permitted site limits.
Customers must not use the product for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, harmful automation, credential sharing, license circumvention, redistribution, resale, or infringement of third-party rights.
Customers are responsible for WordPress hosting, administrator access, user permissions, security, backups, content, lawful data processing, and maintaining compatible site infrastructure.
Automation features must be configured responsibly. Risky actions require review and confirmation. Credentials, application passwords, and webhook secrets must be protected.
Support scope depends on the purchased plan or service. Third-party hosting, themes, plugins, custom code, malware, and unrelated website problems may require separate work.
Subscription fees are charged according to the selected billing period through the payment provider. Renewals, cancellation, taxes, and merchant-of-record terms may also apply.
The product is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. No software can be guaranteed error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every third-party environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited as described in the applicable agreement and does not include indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
